Telehealth

Therapy that meets you where you are (literally).

What is Telehealth?

Telehealth visits are therapeutic sessions that are completed through a secure video messaging service over the internet. Triad Counseling’s access to video messaging technology comes through our secure database that allows for secure and confidential communication. Telehealth visits can additionally be completed over the phone or through another form of correspondence, however, most telehealth appointments are done through a secure video messaging service to ensure confidentiality and meet health insurance guidelines. Please contact us for more information and allow Triad Counseling to meet you where you are in your therapeutic journey.

Telehealth and Concierge Services have varying rates. One of our office staff will reach out to you with specific information for the service you are interested in.

We understand that your life takes you many places, and therapy doesn’t have to stop when you can’t get into our office. Most of our therapists will schedule appointments through our secure telehealth connection, and most insurance plans will cover this service. Contact us for more information!

Triad Counseling works to meet clients where they are – and sometimes – this may mean physically. For clients who have trouble getting around, clients who feel more comfortable in meeting outside of the counseling office, and for alternative therapies, Triad Counseling is now offering concierge services. Let us meet you where you are.

Restrictions and screening processes apply to this service to protect the safety of our clients and our therapists, and not all of our therapists participate in this service. Health Insurance Plans do not currently cover this type of service. Please contact us for more information.

Court-mandated counseling can prove difficult for clients who have been given restrictions in driving or for those individuals who must travel a great distance to meet with a counselor. Let us help guide you through this period of your life and help to get you back on the right track in the completion of your probation requirements.

This service must be approved in writing by your probation officer or referring court officer prior to receiving services. Many health insurance plans cover telehealth, but may not cover court-mandated counseling. Please contact us for more information.
